Have you adopted a dog from our shelter? 

If so, we would love to invite you and your adopted dog to walk with us in the Annual City of Rock Island Labor Day Parade, Monday September 5th at 9:30am.  The parade is 2 miles.  We would like to showcase to the public all the wonderful dogs that have come from our shelter! 

 If you are bringing your dog, please make sure it gets along with other dogs.  You will need to provide your own transportation and remember it may be very hot that day so plan accordingly.  You do not have to commit to walking the entire parade, just as much as you and your dog would like.  If you are interested please email Jan at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
